What is the return policy?
We accept exchanges and refunds on almost all our pieces! Our policy lasts 14 days after you have received your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return/exchange we only ask that the following requirements are met:
- Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging with all tags remaining in place including the cord seal. And in regards to swim wear including the hygiene seal.
- Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
- You must notify us about your return within 14 days after receipt of your purchase via firstname.lastname@example.org. Please see below how to organize your return.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Among non-returnable items are: gift cards and sale items. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
When returning item(s) to receive a refund you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred for returning item(s) to Thalassa Boom Resort Wear. Credits are generally issued within a few days of our receipt of returned merchandise that meets our return policy.
In case of exchanges you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred for returning item(s) to Thalassa Boom Resort Wear and for the shipping costs of sending your new item(s). The cost for sending you your new item(s) will be charged to your account of which we will notify you accordingly before shipment.
Swimwear and resort wear that is soiled, worn, damaged, laundered or in any other way doesn’t meet our exchange policy cannot be taken back. If we do receive such goods, we will not refund or exchange these goods. We will charge you a $35 fee if you whish for us to return the items to you. After this fee is paid the articles will be returned to you.
