What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

 

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 5 days upon receipt of the products at returns@thalassaboom.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
