How long does it take for my exchange/refund to be processed?
We try to process returns/exchanges as quickly as possible within 24-72 hours during business days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). If your refund meets our return policy then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Credits are generally issued within a few days of our receipt of returned merchandise. Please note that all returns are subject to a 5% return fee that will be deducted from your refund amount.
Once your exchange has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s). If your exchange meets our return policy we will inform you of the total shipping costs that are due by you. Once the shipping costs have been paid your new item(s) will be shipped out and we will email you a new tracking number.
Swimwear and resort wear that is soiled, worn, damaged, laundered or in any other way doesn't meet our exchange policy, cannot be taken back. If we do receive such goods, we will not refund or exchange these goods. We will charge you a $35 fee if you whish for us to return the item/s to you. After this fee is paid the article/s will be returned to you.
